All Good Things Must Begin

Co-directed by Clare Preuss and Saeid Asgarian. A staged reading of eight short plays selected from works produced for the international Climate Change Theatre Action festival, inspired by author Octavia Butler. Rather than dwelling on crisis narratives, the production centres on possibility and hope. Featuring performers Tara Beagan, Filsan Dualeh, Ishani Hemant, and Petra Schovankova. Each performance is followed by on-stage table discussions about climate change with expert panelists. A Downstage production in association with the Immigrant Council for Arts Innovation.
